Two cities. Two stubborn opinions.
One company.
Why JARVA Labs exists.
Two of us, in two cities, decided we'd rather run a small studio together than be salaried at a big one. We'd both seen — from the inside, on different continents — what happens when companies try to graft AI onto operations that aren't mapped, with vendors who profit by the hour. It doesn't work. The deck looks great. The deployment slides into Q4. Q4 becomes Q2 of next year. The agent never ships.
JARVA Labs is the answer to that. Two weeks to a roadmap with working code in it. Six weeks to an MVP that real users use. Three months to a system that runs the operations we'd otherwise hire eight people to do.
What we believe.
AI is a tool, not a religion. Tools exist to do work. The right tool for the job is whichever one ships the result fastest with the least drama. Sometimes that's Claude. Sometimes it's a regex. Sometimes it's a person.
Speed is a strategy. Not because fast is better than thorough — because fast and thorough are the same thing when you have AI agents pairing on every step. We don't bill by the hour because hours punish speed. We bill by the deliverable because deliverables reward it.
Replace headcount with code. The honest version: every operational job has a part that doesn't deserve a human. Sales follow-ups. Status reports. Invoice chasing. We build the part that doesn't deserve a human, so the human can do the part that does.
Eat your own dog food. We don't sell anything we haven't first run on our own operations. Jarvis — the AI we built for ourselves — is the playbook for everything we sell. If a pattern doesn't survive on us, we don't inflict it on you.
Who we want to work with.
Operators who've mapped their business on a whiteboard at least once. Founders who've survived their first hire. Teams that've been burned by an agency or two and have specific ideas about what won't work. People who'd rather have one conversation that lands than ten that don't.
We're not here for everyone. We're not the right partner if you want vibes-based pricing, infinite-revisions design, or PowerPoint-driven decisions. We're also not the right partner if you've never written down what your business actually does — that's an audit, and we'll happily run it before we build anything.
Where we operate.
Dubai because it's on the crossroads of three continents and a time zone that overlaps with Europe and Asia. Amsterdam because that's where European clients are, and because we like a city that prices honesty correctly. We're between them most weeks.
What this whole thing is for.
We're trying to build a business worth running for ten years. That requires a few things: clients we like, work we'd show our parents, code we're still proud of in 2031, and enough margin to keep saying no to the work that doesn't fit. That's the whole strategy.
If you read this far and it sounds about right — book a call. If it sounds wrong — that's also useful information. We'll have saved each other a quarter.
