Who owns the code?
You do. From day one, code lives in a repo you control. We work in your GitHub org or transfer at handover.
How involved do I need to be?
Minimum: a 60-min kickoff, three 30-min check-ins during week 1, and the 90-min walkthrough at the end. More involvement equals better outcomes.
Can the audit lead into a bigger engagement?
