Common questions

Questions we get a lot.

What if scope grows during the sprint?

We track it visibly. Small adds get absorbed. Anything bigger goes into a v2 list — we ship the v1, then re-scope.

What stack do you build in?

Default: Next.js + Supabase + Vercel + Claude. We pick what fits — never the latest hype.

Can you work inside our existing repo?

Yes. We work in your GitHub org, follow your conventions, and ship via PR review.

What happens after the four weeks of post-launch fixes?

You either move to a Retainer for ongoing work, or you maintain it yourself with the docs we leave behind.

How do you decide what to leave out of the MVP?

Whatever doesn't help validate the core hypothesis. The MVP is a learning machine — every feature outside that hurts the timeline.
